Description
Excessive rat activity, dead rats on property in back and excessive activity in front yard too. We are the adjoining unit to 61 bailey and had our pest company come out to treat. During the pest company visit to our triple decker today, we found dead rats on common areas between the two properties in the back and on their properties side. We have had many sightings in their piles of trash in the backyard as well. Our pest company collected the dead rats as it’s a health issue but we should not be addressing this and, the landlord needs to take care of their side. Our pest management company said until the trash is addressed on the adjoining property this will continue to be an issue. We have had multi complaints to city and even spoke to landlord about this - either no progress or effort over months.
