Description
Traffic barriers have been placed in public parking spaces, preventing vehicles from using the spaces, as clearly shown by the posted 15-minute parking sign. There are no visible permits, notices, or temporary signage indicating that these parking spaces are authorized to be blocked or reserved. The traffic barriers are filled with water and extremely heavy, making it effectively impossible for an individual to move them in order to access and legally park in the designated spaces. The barriers appear to have been placed without authorization and are preventing the public from using otherwise designated 15-minute parking spaces.
