Noise complaint: Loud music from 20 Old Road, Dorchester shaking my house 2 blocks away, attracting the same Dominican crowds with cars parked illegally on Old Road and motor scooters riding the wrong direction disturbing the peace and quiet. It's the same disrespectful shyt every Sunday. Please send assistance. Thank you
