- Many violations of sanitary code 105 CMR 410 which include majorly unsanitary hallways, stairwells and entry ways.Stair wells on second and third floor has many spider webs and debris and general poor conditions with literal dirt and grime.Landlord’s must perform and document a pest inspection before any new tenant moves in and there have been many rodents and bugs in many areas.Windows in downstairs room to the right are both visibly open and have been for atleast 6 weeks and unsafe for tenants as the room is not rented to any occupants ,allowing bugs and wind and rain to enter. Landlord is responsible for maintaining structural elements and common areas in which the entire kitchen area is majorly unsanitary and which consists of long term dirty and grimy walls and floors and refrigerator has black and white mold surrounding a pizza roll that has been on the outside of the refrigerator for 5 weeks. The bathroom on second floor entirely speaks for itself, the black towel that has long term built up debris and grime has been in its exact location for 5 weeks daily. Landlord’s must provide fully operational smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on every floor of the dwelling unit. There is no heating nor air units. Code 105 CMR 410.570(Land) Uncontrolled lawns and brush, they speak for themselves in front, back and sides. Back porch steps are unstable and porch is dirty from long term bird feces build up. Trash management- Trash is always due to be put to side of road every Monday and it was not on Aug 10th and it regularly overflows. Was only able to upload three pictures.
