Description
I observed we need no parking signs on the right side of Dale street from Washington to Warren streets. Newcomers to the neighborhood think it is optional. We had someone park a truck o front of our house Saturday! Fewer near misses coming out of Laurel street when no cars are on Dale street. It’s a much calmer traffic flow than hen no cars are parked on the right side!!
