Description
On 2 carol avenue in Brighton the trash is left on the street and this has caused a significant rodent issue. As you can see from the picture below many rats are circling the trash. I saw at least 5. This is a huge problem that has persisted because even when the trash is picked up the waste management does not pick it properly and leaves trash behind. Causing huge issues with rodents and foul smell on the street. It should be a requirement to use bins. Can you please assist with this issue? This is persistent and is a public health safety issue.
