- I just saw about 10 rats coming out of 2 Carol Ave, Brighton, 02135. They left all their trash outside. No container or anything. 2 of the rats had clear skin issues. The building seem to be in very bad shape and smells terrible. Please inspect it as soon as possible. There are kids living in the building and having all these rats around them is a public health issue and should be a priority for the city
