Rats on Saint Germain St have burrowed in the front garden of 54 Saint Germain. This is the basement window on your left when facing the building from the street. Right in front of the wood, there’s a burrow (note all the dirt that the rats have kicked up against the widow when digging). The photo’s taken from the steps on the abutting building on the left.
