Description
This backhoe has been parked on a residential street, with resident-only parking M-F from 6PM - 10AM, for over a week. It is taking up two parking spaces. It belongs to a privately owned company working on a privately owned property. It is not even parked in their permitted (7 AM-4PM) spot. They haven’t even used it all week. The city has done nothing even though neighbors keep reporting it. Why is this allowed?
