- 20 and 20R Winship St. The garbage cans are always overfull, never closed, with trash scattered about the yard and driveway. We own our unit and pay to have a pest control company come every month to refill our rat traps; we bought extra strength garbage cans to contain our refuse and always have our cans closed. We purchased scents that repel rodents from coming into our yard. We were informed that our efforts are futile as there is a food source for the rats at the home next door. I can't even enjoy my backyard. Furthermore, their front porch and upper deck are falling apart. It is currently being held together with chicken wire and what appears to be foam installation.
