- Cars are parking on the sidewalk on both sides of the main entrance Business Terrace in Hyde Park. The sidewalk is not assessable to pedestrian or handicap owners. This illegal parking has caused a dangerous situation by forcing people to walk on the middle of the street to access the rear of the complex.
