Description
More illegal parking directly under the signs that say no stopping tow zone on Harrison Ave. The city doesn't enforce any traffic laws. This stretch of Harrison would be a cash cow cause people are parked there all day, but instead we're going to raise taxes on residential homeowners to close the budget gap.
