Noise complaint for loud music shaking my house blocks away from 20 Old Road Dorchester. The Dominican convention is back with their disrespectful behavior: Illegal parking, relieving themselves on my property, motor scooters riding wrong way and trash everywhere. *Old Road is supposed to be closed for traffic* Please send assistance
