- Rats all over this property, I counted at least 8 rats total coming out the trash barrels with hole all over it. This is getting ridiculous and out of the control. The landlord doesn’t even live here. And the tenants don’t care of how the property is taken care of. There small kids that live on this street. God forbid something happens to them and they get bitten by one of those rats. Something needs to be ASAP. Or something serious will happen.

Noted. Spoke with the homeowner she is working on replacing the trash barrels- adding additional concrete and will hire a pest control company to bait for rat activity.
