Description
The three way stop at Pappas Way and E/W 1st street in Southie needs improvement as people frequently don’t stop on 1st street. The stop sign from E 1st is obstructed by a telephone pole so it is not easy to see from afar - either move the pole or add a flashing night. Similarly the stop sign coming from W 1st if offset and around a slight bend so it is hard to see ahead of time as well - either move the stop sign prior to the bend in the road or a flashing red light would help here as well. I’ve almost been hit multiple times from different directions.
