- BTD is out ticketing people supporting small local business for parking cars on parking lines - while parking illegally themselves and touching the lines in seemingly 2-3 places. Can we cease hurting small businesses until the enforcement agents can parki correctly? Or are the spots too narrow that a small city vehicle can’t even fit correctly ?
