- 151 L street absentee landlord does not maintain property just collects rent. The weeds are overgrown 7 feet high. Rodents have been spotted and are living in this alleyway. I cannot even sit in my own back yard & enjoy it with my family and friends because of the rats but he sits back and collects the rent. My quality of life is ruined by this mess. Please help with this huge problem.
