NOT STUDENTS, I think students would have more respect for their neighbors. BLOCKED SIDE STREETS WITH MOVING, OUT OF STATE VEHICLES. Trash remains all over the- no regard for the trees the city has planted. No permits. Blocking an address adjacent to theirs.
