Description
We have a big parking issue in seaver street between humboldt and elm hill. It’s already difficult enough to find parking but people are purposely ruining parking to save for other people. Constantly people park in between two parking spots so no one is able to park and then move when a family comes. Is there any way to make pre parking spots like how it is on elm hill. This is becoming a real issue.
