Description
Noise complaint: Loud music shaking my house 2 blocks away. Cars parked illegally on Old Road Dorchester. People drinking and relieving themselves on my property. I haven't slept since Thursday (72 hrs) please send assistance to end this madness. I live here, these people don't. Please send assistance, thank you.
