- Large Rat infestation inside the basement of 62 Boylston Street. The basement/ staircase that is located in the apartment building connects to the BBQ Chicken restaurant on the 1st floor (street level). We witnessed dozens of large rats crawling around in the service staircase connecting the apartment building and the restaurant.
