Description: What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports constant issues with people breaking into the vacant building at 10 Highgate St, Allston. Constituent states that the developers of the property seldom maintain it, and people tear off the plywood covering the windows to get inside, break open doors of the building, or climb the fire escape to gain access. Constituent states that the building was resealed a week ago but has already been broken into again. Constituent states they have spoken to people in the Mayor's office about this ongoing issue, and have been told that it's being looked into, but hasn't received anything on solutions to the ongoing problem. Constituent states that, since people are frequenting this vacant building, many trash items are illegally dumped on the property, with the constituent stating that they witness someone dump bags of trash against the building earlier today. Constituent wants to see if there can be a more permanent solution to keeping people out of the building since the developers have pretty much abandoned it.]
