- Constituent has concerns over speeding. Submitted through contact form: e live in a "million dollar neighborhood" and I have significant concerns regarding our neighborhood of Cowing Street and I would like to speak to the Mayor. Please. I would like to speak directly to the Mayor. No one else will help us. We have met with Ben, the neighborhood representative, to no avail. I have tried E5 police, I have tried 311 and nothing seems to be working. We are desperate. PLEASE HELP US. SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE ON COWING STREET due to the speeding, hoarding, and more.
