- So many rats everywhere today, Sept. 1. 1626 Commonwealth Avenue basement. Fineberg Management has left piles of garbage in basement since the week of Aug 23, which rats built a kingdom in. We an’t leave the building or go to the laundry room without going through a hoard of rats. This is a continual issue. The rats get in because Fineberg maintence/facilities continually leaves the basement door propped open (Tuesdays) until an tenant notices and closes it, usually the next morning (Wednesdays). This is a weekly issues of theirs that has been going on for years despite us continually telling them to stop.
