- 435 Hanover st #4A apartment has severe mold issues and water leak issues. These issues are there since moving date 9/1/2026. Owner refused to admit there is mold issue and refused to fix the affected hardwood floor. Promise to fix water leak, bathroom sink, kitchen sink, painting but after a week, still nothing. This is not a livable situation for me and my son. Desire to move out. Hope city can protect renter’s right. And also force owner to fix this mold issue for next renter. Attached is the mold and sink issue photos.
