URGENT EMERGENCY ILLEGAL PARKING URGENT ILLEGAL PARKING COMPLAINT: This vehicle is parked in a single-car parking space and is blocking my driveway, preventing safe access in and out of my property. We have children with disabilities in the household and need immediate, unobstructed driveway access, including for transportation and emergencies.
