- 151 Lstreet there is a bad rat problem at this property. A large number of rats appeared to be living and nesting in the heavily overgrown weeds in the back of this property. I have repeatedly seen rodents coming in and out of the area they hide during the day under the weeds and come out at night, the weeds are extremely overgrown and it provides shelter during the day and nesting for them. I have spent thousands of dollars because they use my property as a highway to cut through. My exterminator told me that this is where the problem is originally coming from. There are Burroughs and holes that are visible to anyone this is a quality of life issue. They are renting out all three floors in the landlord never comes by. He don’t care. Why should we have to pay for there negligence and neighbor
