Description: Resubmitted from mobile case BCS-00314461: The stove had a short circuit and had a large spark when trying to use. Two burners were already dead, and the third one was the one that short-circuited. The breaker is now stuck in the middle position, and we can't use the stove or oven. We also have a small water leak in our half bathroom. The filter has also not been replaced yet. The landlord has sent a maintenance person that couldn't help use fix any issues.
