Unsatisfactory Living Conditions

Description: Constituent reporting locks in the building are faulty, front door does not lock or close properly, additionally apartment door locks are difficult to open and only one key was given for three adult tenants. Landlord has not done anything after being asked a week ago. Additionally, has a rodent infestation--has been slow to respond to this as well. When first moved in there was a sanitation failure, completely dirty, open food containers, food in the fridge, bathroom dirty, took multiple days and requests to get the landlord to clean the unit fully, cleaner at first only cleaned the floors, had to request again for a cleaner to come and clean the whole apartment, last bits had to be cleaned by the tenants themselves. Finally, laundry room is in the basement, there are active water leaks and puddles in the basement, not much lighting, seems like a sanitation issue.
