Description
We have seen an increase in rats in the vicinity of 1-3 Seminary Street. One of the units (2-2 seminary) and the neighbor at 1-1 Seminary found 18 dead rats in their connected backyards on Monday. We keep all trash in barrels, but this is a large increase in just the few days so we wanted to submit a report. Our houses do back up to commercial property (7-11). Thank you.
