- Three rats seen coming from the trash barrels at at 353 East Eighth. We think this activity is impacting Harborview Condos parking lot as we’ve been seeing rat droppings at that neighboring back wall, as well as a dead rat in our parking log today. We already have an exterminator service with baits on our property that has been working very well but nearby neighbors need do their part to manage their trash and have similar extermination plans in place for their properties, too. Can you please advise the Owners of this address of rat activity seen at their trash and back alleyway? Thank you!
