Description
Dog owner in 339 Beacon Street has a large German Shepard and daily leaves waste bags in alley 417. At least 3 bags a day are placed in alley and around trees where I have had to actively pick up and throw away. Waste spreads all over sidewalk attracting rodents, bugs, flies. The poor trash workers work so hard for us and I don’t even know how they deal with this! It’s hard enough to walk by each time. It is a health hazard and constant!!!
