Description
There is a Jeep with MA plate 4DAF49 completely obstructing a handicap ramp at crosswalk at the corner of Antwerp & Gould Streets in Brighton. Please ask BTD to ticket, I couldn't get by with my stroller and was almost struck by a car. Thanks.
