Description: I am requesting an Inspectional Services housing inspection regarding recurring rodent activity in my apartment unit rental. I have notified my landlord and they have been responsive, including sending pest control approximately 4–5 times and having areas sealed. However, the problem has continued, with approximately nine rats previously observed and a mouse currently active inside the first floor of my unit. The first floor does not contain a kitchen or bathroom and has no obvious food or water source. The current mouse has been repeatedly observed on a security camera and appears to be accessing/traveling along an area where a previous entry point was sealed. Because rodent activity has continued despite repeated professional pest-control visits and sealing work, I am requesting an inspection to determine whether there are building, structural, maintenance, or other conditions allowing rodents to enter or move through the property. I am concerned about continued rodent access as winter approaches and want to address the underlying source rather than only individual sightings
