Description
car with red rejection sticker dated 3/26 plate m55 T76 parked on public street for months, in violation of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 90, Section 20 and RMV regulations under 540 Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) 4.07. Why are other residents who' s sticker expired 14 days get ticked and the BPD and BTD allow this unsafe vehicle on street and roads since 3/ 26?
