Description: Const reported that there is an active leak from the ceiling at the mentioned address in the bedroom. The const stated that it is a drip that goes on and off. Const is also concerned that there is black mold in the room. This is in unit 105. Const stated that they are supposed to move into the unit and that's when they became aware of the leak. Const stated that Mgmt inspected the apt but the leak is still there. Const stated that they were told to notify ISD On call by an insp Andrew if there were any issues.
