Description: Constituent states they have been trying to get into contact with ISD since September 18, which had resulting with an inspector and another employee in ISD. Constituent states they were scheduled to speak with building management on Thursday (September 24th), constituent states that ISD found management finally trying to clean up the mold. Constituent states that when they spoke with ISD this morning (October 2nd). Constituent states they had no case in their system. Constituent states they have no way to find a case ID and BOS311 searches arent finding any case either. Constituent uis trying to make sure their living conditions are healthy and wants their building management to be held accountable. Constituent states that there is a leak somewhere in the apartment causing all the mold in the apartment unit, constituent was threatended by management.
