- There is once again a car parked across the bike lane entrance southbound at Centre and Manthorne preventing anyone from getting into the bike lane and blocking sight lines for the pedestrian crossing if anyone dares try to walk. Multiple other cars are parked into the lane to varying degrees all the way past Redlands down to the Speedway. Since policy has again seemed to shift away from enforcement and back to coddling complaints from people who choose to put others at risk by breaking the law for their own convenience, can the concrete barriers go in?
