- Noise complaint: Loud music from cars parked illegally on Old Road Dorchester. There's a "No Parking" restriction overnight which is being violated. The loud music is shaking my house. There's motorcycles zooming up and down Old Road going against traffic. The whole block from 20 Old Road Dorchester to Columbia Road is where the loud music is. It's the Dominican convention being disrespectful to the people in the neighborhood. Please send BPD assistance.
