Description: Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for $90.93 Reimbursement — Lansdowne Garage I am filing a formal complaint regarding my experience parking at Lansdowne Garage near Fenway on October 11, 2026. I paid $25 to park for a concert. When we were ready to leave, we discovered that cars had been double-parked in a way that prevented us from getting out. Our keys had not been collected, and there was no reasonable way for us to move our vehicle. We asked the parking attendant for help, but he was unable to resolve the situation. We also contacted the police, who told us they could not help. Because I had professional obligations and needed to get to my clients’ dogs, I ultimately had to pay $65.93 for a Lyft while my boyfriend stayed behind with our vehicle. He eventually managed to get the car out. This situation was unacceptable. We paid for parking and should have been able to retrieve our vehicle and leave safely without being trapped or forced to pay for alternative transportation. I am requesting $90.93 in reimbursement, consisting of the $25 parking fee and the $65.93 Lyft expense incurred because of this incident. Please investigate what happened, explain how vehicles were allowed to be parked in a manner that blocked customers from leaving, and respond regarding reimbursement. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
