Description: I live at 62 Boylston St in Downtown Boston, on the 8th floor. Back in the first week of September I had a mice issue where I caught two mice. My apartment sent pest control a week later. Then back on October 6, I had more mice, creating a worst infestation. It grossed me out so much that I had to move back home for a bit. I contacted them and they didn’t get back to me for over 24 hours until I sent a follow up. I came back to my apartment on Friday just to check the traps and found a dead mouse again. Macitence came a little while later where they found a small hole and temporarily patched it. That same day, management informed me they cannot send pest control until the 22, over two weeks after I sent the first email informing them. I emailed them back asking to send someone sooner, but they didn’t respond for four days. When they did they kept saying they can’t send someone until the 22. They refuse to send someone sooner cause they want to send their own personal vendor. Meanwhile the building is having an active issue with mice, as well cockroaches who have been in the lobby, the elevator, and outside windows. This is not okay
