Description: We live at 14 Lourdes Ave in Jamaica Plain. Since mid-August we have been reporting signs of mouse infestation to Keith Harrington and Dunia De Leon of Brook Property Management. They have been consistently non-responsive, often requiring multiple follow-up emails before they do anything. Recently a mouse climbed in bed with my sleeping toddler (I have this on video from our baby monitor and can provide if requested). It took over a week for them to treat the unit after we had to send multiple follow-ups. We continue to see ongoing signs of new mouse droppings and mouse sightings in our home. This week they showed us an invoice saying pest control came on Wednesday to treat the unit. People worked from home in units 2 & 3 for the entirety of Wednesday and there was no servicing done. This is not the first time they have told us pest control was coming then no one showed up and did not come until I asked multiple times why no one had been there. I am unsure if those other times also have proof of invoices for services that were not provided like this one did. If we are continuing to pay for services that are not provided that is fraud. Regardless, they are not meeting their obligations to maintain a pest free apartment.
