- Constituent has multiple issues in their unit that aren’t being taken care of by their property management. Constituent states that their bathroom is fully deteriorating, with extreme mold issues due to no ventilation in their bathroom due to no screens being installed on the windows, cracks in the walls and ceiling, and peeling paint, and water leaking into the bathroom as well. Regarding the leaks, constituent states that their property management doesn’t repair the leak itself but replaces the paint around it, and this has been going on since the last big nor'easter. Constituent also states that roaches have been coming out of their pipes, and that they have seen baby roaches as well so they know there is an infestation. Constituent states that exterminators have been sent to the property before but it hasn’t changed much. Along with this, their bedroom had a leak problem from a radiator upstairs that was leaking, so they all got turned off, but property management never fixed the hanging paint from the ceiling. Also, their bedroom and bathroom are separated by a closet, and the constituent reports previous leaking in the closet which is now showing as water bubbling from the bedroom walls. Constituent is concerned about these issues since they live in the apartment with their two sons, aged 7 and 11.
