Description: Constituent reporting that the pipe burst in the ceiling of her apartment, water got all in the ceiling and lights. BFD was called, water turned off, lightbulbs removed, but there is still water in the electrical spaces. Landlord has people coming tomorrow to clean it all up, but she does not trust that things are being done properly because she reported the leaking pipe four months before it burst (101006687308) and it was not fixed in time.
