- Description
- I just saw two rats. One scurrying from illegally place trash at 58 South Russell Street across the street. The other came from 52 South Russell Street and scurried across the street. This is second sighting of rats in three days. All the bags placed out for trash on upper South Russell Street, including the regularly illegally bagged and placed bags are chewed through by rats. Thank you.
