Number of rats: [4] Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [Yes] What is the nature of the problem: [Mother's East establishment and alley. Neighbor is complaining that the establishment is causing rats. She states she shares an alleyway and their are rats running through her property all the time. No properly putting out the trash as well. This has been going on for awhile. Please help.]
