- very large rat caught using peanut butter in live trap, constant flow of rats due to poor trash staorage by absentee landlord and lazy students and management companies. i have dispatched more rats than i can count in my years trapping on delle ave and the problem only seems to get worse. why hasnt the city attempted to follow danish, spanish and other european cities by centralizing trash receptacles in neighborhoods that store trash safely and call for pickup when needed instead of allowing bagged trash to be left for vermin to feast upon on streets for days on end?
