- Three water-related ceiling problems: 1) Bathroom, collapsed ceiling: In October, the ceiling started to collapse around the light fixture. Ceiling material has partially fallen. 2) Bathroom, water staining above the shower: Water staining is visible on the ceiling above the shower. The ceiling has not collapsed. This is a separate area from item 1. 3) Kitchen, falling stucco near heater pipe running to upstairs unit: Ceiling paint and material are falling. There is very visible staining involved.
