Description: I think it’s time the tenants are going to start to take legal action. 311 keeps saying that they will take care of it and proceed to not do anything. The bins are overflowing every single day. Rats are taking over the sidewalks, they hang out in front of the entrances. We give 311 specific locations and they respond with “can you give me a specific location and pictures” like how much more can we do? You want us to do your job on top of paying rent? This is disgustimg and negligence by everyone involved. Mr John Ulrich doesn’t seem to care either, just as long as he gets the big money for his title. This is a health hazard. What more do the tenants have to go through? I’m including a picture of this morning of one of the dumpsters. There was trash all over the floor in there. 311 responds with “citation was given” and it happens every day.
