- The lights under Parsons st and N Beacon st Bridges are not working. Extremely dark and dangerous at night. Also an elderly man dumps bread under Parsons street bridge weekly. Bird poop during the day and rat fest at night. It is filthy under both bridges. Chuck 237 Parsons st
